During the home consultation we will walk you through a proven checklist that will help you achieve your goals of maximizing your property's assets. Moving can be stressful, we understand that and will put the plan in motion. You will get a professional opinion with written notes of suggested things that should be done. We will come up with a customized plan for you that meets your budget for what is needed to get your home photo ready and listed on the market. This service takes up to 2hrs. walk and talk with a detailed written plan.
